Hello everyone. My first post here. Thank you Marshall for inviting me to join this cool group. I picked up my first SLR about a year ago to prepare for our son. As with most parents, I've taken a LOT of pictures of him, so you have been warned =). However, I do try to place him in front of some nice SD scenary when I get the chance. Oh, and I've really gotten into the whole strobist thing so I'll be visiting that part of the forum a lot.

Welcome, LongShotAlpha! Kids are a great way to practice your focus techniques, and will be sure to give you plenty of awesome photo ops.
